POLYREFLECT is the new self-cleaning, reflective waterproofing membrane conceived by Polyglass, which revolutions the world of self-adhesive membranes.
POLYREFLECT is a self-adhesive waterproofing membrane in modified distilled bitumen, bonded to a synthetic film with high reflectivity and emissivity properties. Its surface offers a superior water resistance performance, it is long-lasting and self-cleaning, thanks to its low superficial resistance.

SISMI PDTI^® COLUMN

Composite column (S355J steel ringed pillar filled with concrete) with prevented cross-expansion, supplied with preinstalled and tested seismic device, realized at the plant. SISMI PDTI^® Column absorbs the seismic action while decreasing the stress on the above structure. The multi-floor column arrives at the yard already assembled and ensures seismic resistance since during the construction. It guarantees: higher ductility in comparison to the reinforced concrete columns, a totally self-load structure, simple and fast laying, slim section with high performance, less handling in the yard, fire resistance.

Alveolater Bio Taurus 25

Taurus is the new reinforced masonry modular block (it has a thickness of 25 cm and it is 49 cm long); it guarantees the perfect addition of the new radial septa geometry. This geometry has been studied in order to guarantee the total absorption of the seismic stress induced by armor placed in the center of the hole and not at the joint (in order to avoid a possible expulsion under seismic stress).
This is the system that allows in every seismic zone: distributive scheme’s maximum freedom; structural thermal bridges’ total elimination; carrier decks performed in real time (over a quarter less than pillar scheme); a great flexibility of system and considerable economic savings.

Power Garden

Is an innovative kind of revetment in which stone, light and greenery combine in selfsufficient modules. In fact, it is equipped with irrigation and electrical systems and the energy needed to power them comes from photovoltaic elements alternating with the stone. Power Garden can be used as facing for ventilate facades or to create urban partition walls.

Poroton P800Ts

POROTON TS P800 with fine septa for load bearing walls with high thermal properties designed to be installed in seismic areas. Poroton TS P800 is a range of blocks with fine septa manufactured by Fornaci Laterizi Danesi, designed to be used for the conventional laying of load bearing walls with a high energy performance. The porosity of the mixture and its special geometry enhance the thermal insulation properties of walls, while the superficial and wall mass contribute to maximizing comfort and energy efficiency during the summer months. The excellent quality of the clays further enhances the mechanical resistance of the walls. Danesi recommends the use of thermal mortar DANESI MTM10 to further increase performance.
