Nexfuse
NEXFUSE connection system is a newly patent device that opens a new outlook in the field of connections between elements of precast structures in seismic areas: they are positioned between beams and slabs and/or between beams and columns to disconnect the displacements of the horizontal structures from the columns during earthquake. NEXFUSE connections are referable to as hysteretic dissipating devices which, during normal life of the structure, allow thermal deformations of the horizontal structures with very low frictional resistance while in case of earthquake, the higher displacement level activates the energy dissipation mechanism, which consists of two metallic elements (washers), prestressed by high resistance bolts, sliding on a steel plate.
After the earthquake, the system can be restored by replacing the two dissipating elements, without any interruption of the building operability.

After the long-lasting worldwide success of the SV100, YANMAR redesigned the machine taking into account the users’ comments as well as the technological evolutions, more specifically in the scope of environment and energy savings.
First of all, the machine’s operating weight was raised by nearly 400 kg to 9,625 kg in order to increase significantly its lifting capacity and stability. The SV100-1 is able to lift 4.7 tons at 3m over front and 3 tons over side, which enables the use of bigger capacity tools and therefore suggests a greater profitability.

The Ventilation Chimneystack
Tettofacile patented system prevents the accumulation of summer heat and insulates the apartment below from winter cold. The functioning is managed by a control unit with clock and temperature sensor. The company has also developed a new chimney for ventilation that hides the pole for safety system ,thus eliminating unaesthetic poles of steel over the mantle and giving the possibility to install, even later, the fall protection equipment.
The ventilation chimneystack becomes sharp: it maintains a constant air flow acting on the intake fan and the closing valve, and it works only when absolutely necessary. A radiator in the air inlet keeps the temperature constant inside the premises while ventilation continues. An electronic control unit, supplied with a small solar panel, manages the system and it assures the hot or cool ventilation of the premises at a reduced power consumption.

News Concept Crane
The 2.5 t/m crane, in the new constructive concept, presents reduced dimensions (width: 220 mm – space between cab and body) and is designed for installation on a specific vehicle (Iveco Daily 35 ql. - wheel base 3000mm). This concept allows the following advantages compared to traditional construction system: 1) Reduced space dimensions of the crane; 2) Increased payload of the outfitted vehicle; 3) Maintaining the maximum length of body and the standard wheel base of the vehicle. The "New Concept Crane” mounting kit can be installed within 24 hours and its functions of loading, unloading, handling and transport of any type of material are executed exclusively by means of radio-command, which guarantees the work execution in complete safety conditions. The outfit conforms both with the road circulation rules and with the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.
